Please note that if you book onto a course you agree to the following:

1. No refunds will be given if you cancel within two weeks of the booking, or if you don’t attend.
2. Places are limited; therefore, we cannot hold your space without payment.
3. If you feel you were not taught the lifesaving skills you expected to learn, please email us within seven days after the course and write in full detail of why you believe this. We will then offer you a space on another course hosted by Chloe’s Pet First Aid.
4. Should we not be able to host our courses due to coronavirus or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted and offered a full refund or a space on a future course.
5. Your details will be used to make a free account on the Pro Trainings website. Should you already have an account on this website please contact Chloe’s Pet First Aid and let them know.
